Mark, founder of Sparrow Golf Academy, turned professional in 1992.
After completing the Professional Golfers Association Qualification in 1995, Mark pursued a 5-year tournament career competing at a European and national level winning the PGA Regional Assistants Order of Merit and Pro Am tournaments. Mark has reached qualification for the final stages of the Open Championship on 4 occasions and competed at European tour school and challenge tour events.
In 1999 Mark became Head Professional at South Staffordshire Golf Club and in 2006 Mark founded Sparrow Golf Academy with a drive and desire to make the Academy one of the elite coaching academies in the UK.

Matt turned Professional in October 1993 after a successful amateur career, which saw him achieve International appearances at England Schoolboy, Youths and Men’s levels. At County level in Staffordshire Matt prevailed in all of the major events bar one (The Staffordshire Youths).
His best year came in 1992 when he was runner up in the West of England/Brabazon Trophies and claimed the Midland Open Amateur at Little Aston and Streetly Golf Clubs.
As a professional Matt attended five European Qualifying Schools, unfortunately missing the four round cut on every occasion. He was a member of the European Challenge Tour between 1994 and1997. His best year was 1995 when he lost in a playoff in the Dijon Open and finished the year in 32nd place on the Order of Merit.
After leaving the Tour Matt embarked on his PGA journey becoming fully qualified in 2000. In between 1997 and 2000 he played in both the 98 Open Championship and Volvo PGA Championships, and again played in the Open in 2001 and PGA in 2002.
After becoming fully qualified Matt joined Stoneleigh Deer Park Golf Club becoming Head Teaching Professional and was in charge of Junior Coaching, bringing on many of the Juniors to County level.
